Who can become a YBP Member?
YBP is an inclusive organization and vibrant community for all pharmaceutical industry and biotech professionals. We put professional development first and welcome you to join us!
I am not yet in the pharmaceutical industry but am interested in breaking into pharma and want to learn more. Can I still join YBP as a member?
Yes!
Is YBP only for pharmacists?
YBP is proud to serve professionals from entry level to executives across diverse backgrounds and functions, including PharmD, PhD, MD/DO, MBA, MPH, and more, spanning areas like medical affairs, regulatory, sales, marketing, legal, HEOR, etc.
What does it mean to be a Member vs a Non-Member?
A Member is someone who has purchased YBP Annual Membership for the current year. A Non-Member has not. Members must log in to access Members-Only resources.

Why should I become a member of YBP? What is the YBP Membership Advantage?
The YBP Membership Advantage includes access to exclusive resources like discounted conference rates, past webinar and podcast recordings, mentorship programs, newsletters, the White Pages directory, and social events.
Do I have to be a YBP Member to participate in the YBP Mentorship Program?
Yes, you must be a registered YBP Member to join the Mentorship Program as a “mentee”.
What is the cost for 2025 YBP Annual Membership?
- $99: Post-Doctoral Fellowship Programs (MD, PharmD, PhD, etc.)
- $199: Full-Time/Contract Pharma Professionals
- $349: Partner Pharma Professionals (e.g. CRO, FDA, Consultants, MedComm Agencies, etc.)
How can I register for annual membership to become a YBP Member?

How long is my annual membership good for?
Through December 31st of each calendar year. Must be renewed annually.
How do I renew my annual membership?
Re-register each year via the YBP website.
How do I receive my invoice for YBP Annual Membership?
Your confirmation email includes your invoice. If not received, email membership_social@youngblackpharma.com. Many companies offer reimbursement—ask your manager!
I recently joined as a YBP Member. How do I get involved in YBP (e.g., join a committee)?
